The Process
The technician will clean the coil around the outside condenser unit with air pressure.
Service applies to central A/C units only. Please note that we do not service singular apartment wall units, mini split units, or window A/C units.
This service is not intended to diagnose or repair air conditioning units in anyway. If you are having major issues with your unit, please contact a repair company.
Recommended Frequency
Most A/C unit manufacturer service manuals recommend that the unit be cleaned annually. Having your unit cleaned in the spring will help to ensure proper functioning when the warmer weather hits and your family's comfort depends on your A/C running smoothly.
