Training available upon services if all expectations are not met. We will also provide equipment guidance and requirements.

How the position works:
You provide us with a set availability

You complete cleaning jobs we provide you

Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning is looking for a skilled stonemason/bricklayer (chimney repair technician) to add to our team! We're looking for a mason that we can partner with to represent us to our thousands of customers. It is our goal to establish a professional relationship that benefits both parties involved.

This is a great opportunity for any mason to partner with us, as we can generate ample amounts of leads to keep you busy all repair-season.

Applicants should be experienced, self-managed, and reliable. The position requires a mason who is established in drafting their own estimates and project management. Applicants should be proficient in email and text communication (our offices are remote). Essentially, you get to be your own boss, price your estimates accordingly to your own expertise, and manage your own schedule!

How the position works:
You provide us with a set availability
You represent us to our customers out in the field
You complete repair estimates for customers that we provide you
You answer customer questions in relation to the work
You complete accepted masonry work
You receive a straight commission for work completed
You will be reimbursed for materials needed for the work
We provide all expensive advertising to gain leads
We schedule all estimate appointments and repair work for you
We process estimates and send (if needed)
We provide any necessary administrative training needed

Requirements:
Your own LLC or Corporation
CSIA Certification
Reliable transportation to commute to jobs
Ability to text and email for communication
Ability to use a scheduling app on mobile phone
Ability to travel across the Twin Cities (and surrounding area)
US Citizen

Employees receive an hourly rate + commission rates. The position is an amazing opportunity for new technicians to learn in a positive and independent environment and make a steady to ample income.
