Gas fireplaces don't need a cleaning in the way that a wood-burning fireplace chimney does. This is because they don't produce creosote. Propane and natural gas are considered "clean-burning gas fuels", meaning they don't produce the same byproducts as wood. That being said, they can still create a buildup that needs to be cleaned in order to make your unit run more smoothly.

Pricing is for a singular gas fireplace. The cost for any additional fireplace beyond the first is $224.95 with our bundle-n-save discount.
The Process
The technician will clean the following components of the unit:
- pilot assembly
- gas burner orifices
- bottom cabinetry (including the blower motor and fan)
The technician will also replace of all rock wool and clean front glass insert. If needed, pilot light adjustment is available for an additional cost.
Service is for cleaning only (we do
not perform inspections or repairs).
