If your vent is located above the first floor, we may or may not be able to assist you. We would need to determine whether or not your upper level dryer vent is accessible with a standard ladder. You will need to provide your address and photos of the vent from the exterior of the home (showing the side of the house the vent is on including the ground). ​​Please note that some dryer vents are dangerous and difficult to reach. We may not be equipped to access vents for untraditionally high rooftops, steep pitches, or jobs that require an industrial ladder or two-man crew. In some cases, we may not be able to determine this until we assess the situation in person.
